Your study account and privacy
Google sign-in provides your verified email address, name, and an account identifier. EMS Study Room uses these to identify your account and keep your study progress together. The app stores your email and name; it does not store your Google profile picture.
Saved study data can include quiz results, study level, reading position, highlights, cards, and custom exams. Names and scores used in shared games may be visible to other participants.
Account records, textbook files, and login sessions are hosted on Cloudflare. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Signing out revokes that session.
